b. Any required digital deliverables, reports, or updates will be transmitted electronically to the Customer’s designated email address or through secure online platforms.
Shipping of Advertising Materials:
a. For advertising materials that require physical shipment, we will use reliable and reputable courier services to deliver the materials to the address provided by the Customer.
b. Shipping costs for physical advertising materials will be communicated to the Customer before the order is confirmed.
Delivery Area:
AP Marketing World provides digital marketing services and delivers advertising materials to Customers worldwide.
Delivery Charges:
a. For digital marketing services, there are no shipping charges since the deliverables are transmitted electronically.
b. The Customer will be responsible for covering the shipping charges for physical advertising materials, and these charges will be communicated during the order process.
Delivery Confirmation:
For digital marketing services, upon the completion of milestones or deliverables, we will notify the Customer via email to confirm the successful delivery.
Delivery Timeframes:
a. Delivery timeframes for digital marketing services will be determined during the project planning phase and will be communicated to the Customer accordingly.
b. Shipping timeframes for physical advertising materials will depend on the destination and courier service chosen. Estimated delivery times will be provided during the order process.
Revisions and Amendments:
a. For digital marketing services, any necessary revisions or amendments to the deliverables will be discussed and addressed in a timely manner based on the agreed-upon project scope.
b. Regarding physical advertising materials, if the Customer receives damaged or incorrect items, they should contact our customer support immediately to initiate the resolution process.
Delay in Delivery:
AP Marketing World will make every effort to meet the agreed-upon delivery timelines for both digital marketing services and physical advertising materials. In the unlikely event of any unforeseen delay, we will notify the Customer promptly and work to rectify the situation.
Refunds and Cancellations:
The refund and cancellation policies for both digital marketing services and physical advertising materials will be clearly outlined in our service agreement or contract. Before commencing any engagement, we will communicate these terms to the Customer to know more about the refund and cancellation process and procedure kindly refer to refund and cancellation.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These Shipping and Delivery Terms are governed by Indian laws, with disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Chennai courts.
